Karen Spadaro is a passionate advocate for children's whole-health and educational success. As a former public school teacher and the mother of children who navigated the school system with chronic invisible illnesses, Karen has firsthand experience with the complexities families face in ensuring their child's unique mental, emotional, physical, nutritional, environmental, and spiritual needs are met.
Now a Board Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA) and Credentialed Whole Health Educator, Karen works with families to help them effectively advocate for their children and collaborate to develop impactful 504 plans. Drawing from her diverse background in education and healthcare, Karen is dedicated to empowering parents with the knowledge and strategies they need to create supportive learning environments that allow their children to thrive.

Through her informative workshops and individualized guidance, Karen is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with chronic invisible illnesses and disabilities, and supporting families as they navigate the complex school system and healthcare landscape. She partners with families to help them understand how to best accommodate their own child's unique requirements.

Jennifer Saltzman has been a teacher in New York for the past 25 years. In addition to her teaching role, she is a passionate advocate for children with chronic illnesses, allergies, and eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE).

As the mother of an 11-year-old with severe allergies, Jennifer has firsthand experience navigating the complex medical and educational systems. Through her advocacy efforts, she has ensured that her son has the necessary accommodations to thrive in the classroom, allowing him to enjoy a level playing field with his peers, despite his other medical conditions.

Jennifer's deep understanding of the challenges faced by families living with allergies and chronic illnesses has made her a valuable resource. She dedicates her time to helping other parents and caregivers advocate for their children's needs, sharing her knowledge and strategies for creating supportive environments in both the medical and educational settings
